Dy.S.P. Pratap Sinha ia a dedicated police officer posted to a crime ridden town ruled by the underworld king rana. the people are afraid to came forword as witness against Rana and his henchmen. Then comes to the town the family of Shiv with his widowed Bhabhi Sushama. Pratap recognises Sushma as his love at collage who was unfortunately seperated from him. Shiv joins the collage and meets jalpa encourage people to be bold and courageous to give evidence as one man with courage can make an army.
